Our 6-week prenatal yoga series is especially designed and sequenced for the expecting person’s body. Each session will provide time for physical movement through a variety of familiar yoga poses with the intent to increase mobility, flexibility, and strength. The practice will assist in bringing more balance and alignment to the essential structures of pelvic region. There will also be strong elements of mental centering and focused breathing through guided meditation and pranayama.
